5- Manager asks “How” and when the leader asks “What” and “Why”

6- Manager has his eye on the bottom line the leader has his eye on the horizon

7- Manager imitates the leader originates

8- Manager accepts the status quo and the leader challenges it

9- THE MANAGER DOES THINGS RIGHT THE LEADER DOES THE RIGHT THING
