I’m Marien Perez, and I help leaders lead more powerfully—not by doing more, but by accessing the clarity, presence, and resilience already within them.
For nearly two decades, I’ve worked with leaders at all levels, from entrepreneurs and emerging leaders to C-Suite executives and their teams, to shift how they see the world—and in doing so, how they lead. My approach helps clients tap into their innate capacity for insight, so they can meet complexity with grounded thinking, purposeful action, and human connection.
My clients often come to me when something is shifting—externally or internally. When everything feels urgent, it’s easy to lose perspective. I work with leaders to pause, reflect, and tap into the clarity and insight that spark real solutions—not just quick fixes.

I combine a rigorous methodology with extensive practical experience—drawing from leadership psychology, neuroscience and an understanding of how our mind works.
